STABBED BUSINESSMAN'S SILENCE PUZZLES POLICE.(CAPITAL REGION)

The owner of a financial firm who was found stabbed in his office on Wednesday has hired a prominent attorney Friday and has yet to give police a statement as to what happened.

Paul DerOhannesian said he has been retained by Michael D. Baggetta to ``assist in the process'' of working with the Rensselaer police on the case.

Neither DerOhannasian nor Police Chief Rick Fusco would comment directly Friday evening on a report by WTEN Ch. 10 that said Baggetta's wounds were self-inflicted.
