VIC: Police concerned for welfare of missing schoolgirl

Police are concerned for the welfare of a 15-year-old schoolgirl, who has been missing from
Seymour, north of Melbourne, since Tuesday.

Police said CLAIRE ANNE TYSON was last seen by a neighbour in Anzac Avenue, Seymour, about
12.30pm Tuesday and did not attend school that day.

Sergeant MATHEW RYAN says CLAIRE left her home without taking money, clothes or other
personal items.

She was last seen wearing her school uniform, a pale blue shirt, dark blue trousers, and a
dark coloured backpack.

Claire is described as about 165cm tall, of slim build, with shoulder-length dark hair.





Police have urged anyone who knows CLAIRE'S wherabouts or who has seen her recently, to
contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or Seymour Police Station on 5792 1888.
